What’s it like for Startups?
Startups will be selected to participate in ONE of the following portions of the competition by the VCIC committee:

VCIC Application Process [November]
Student VC teams will evaluate 2 Startups based on their pitch decks in the application process. In turn, we provide the startups who provide their pitch decks with the raw feedback provided in the application forms.

VCIC Workshops [January]
We have two workshops led by a VC and Attorney that go in depth on how to evaluate a startup. The startups selected for workshops will receive direct live feedback on their 10-minute pitch, and get hands on practice with due diligence and negotiations.

VCIC UC Berkeley Competition [February]
Competition day is a VC immersion like no other for startups. 6 Student VC Teams and 6 VC’s and 4 Startups.
